Job Title: Preschool & Children's Ministry Coordinator
Reports directly to: Preschool Director and Children’s Director Reports indirectly to: Associate Pastor of Discipleship
Position Status: Part-Time (32 Hours/Week), Non-Exempt
Principle Function
Serve alongside the Preschool Director and the Children’s Director, and under the supervision of the Associate Pastor of Discipleship providing programmatic leadership and administrative support to the preschoolers and children attending Hopewell Baptist Church.

Making decisions about volunteer placement and class structure that are in accordance with the guidelines given by the Preschool Director
Assist in the preparation of Sunday morning and Wednesday night program elements as needed.
Assist the Preschool Director in any other necessary ways.
