Mission Emphasis Month Ministry Opportunity
October is Hopewell’s Missions Emphasis Month. We will spend the month focusing on the 3rd strain on our church’s vision, Worship-Discipleship-Ministry.
During the month of October, we want to encourage everyone to be in prayer for all our mission partners. We have printed prayer guides that will be distributed on Sunday, September 29th. You can also find a copy at the Mission Wall and Guest Services.
We are also asking our Hopewell Family to use the gifts and talents God has given them to serve in ministries throughout the month. You can do this individually, as a family, or with your discipleship group.
You will again have the opportunity to meet many of our mission and ministry partners during our Mission and Ministry Fair on Sunday, October 20th and 27th. There will be a different group of ministries each Sunday setup in the lobby of Victory Campus. Table hosts will be available before, between and after services. Please utilize this time to learn about the ministries and find new ways to get involved.
Finally, pray about what to give to the Mission’s Offering on Sunday, October 27th. This entire offering will be donated to local, national, and international ministries.
It is important that everyone catches the vision of missions and allow God to impact his/her heart and mind through sacrifice and service.
