This is the first Embrace Women's Ministry Fellowship of 2025 open to Hopewell ladies of High School age and up. Join us for an evening of fun, fellowship and God's Word.
The Embrace Women's Ministry exists to provide a warm and welcoming environment for women to gather in fellowship to hear and absorb God's Holy Word.
This event is focused on embracing the love of Christ in 2025. Our speaker will be Paige Brydon, wife of Carter, and mother of two boys, Mac and Miller. Paige finds her time also devoted to the pro-life ministry in many different facets. After finding herself in an unplanned pregnancy at 24 yrs old, abandoned and distraught, she had an abortion. That sorrowful decision led to many years of reckless living and bad decisions. Knowing from the get-go she had been lied to about the “ease” of the abortion procedure, she then started on a lifelong trek to expel the lies that swirl around abortion and to come alongside those women who find themselves in that stressful predicament.
Paige is a trainer and facilitator for the post abortive Bible study “Surrendering the Secret” and has seen many women healed by confession, repentance, and the washing of their broken hearts through scripture. She also has spoken from the NC House of Representative and Senate chambers about the horrors of abortion and the mismanagement of truths pertaining to abortion. As only God can, Paige has witnessed time and time again, the Lord’s kindness bring forth beauty from ashes and joy from mourning!
She has a darling husband, Carter, and has been married for 32 “glorious” years…as her husband is known to say. She also has two sons, Mac, 26, who owns Bear Food in Matthews, and Miller, 28, who has Down’s Syndrome and who is the Head Teddy Bear at Bear Food. She also has a darling daughter in law, Kylie, and a beautiful new granddaughter, Lyla Hope, who at 10lb 8 oz, is running the whole shooting match right now. Seriously.
