We all battle frustration and fatigue, discouragement and disillusionment. But how do we navigate the trials and triumphs of life without being overwhelmed or overcome by the ups and downs? In this study will be focusing on Elijah, the prophet. Elijah was a man of intense ups and downs. And his responses to the ups and downs of his life can teach us both what to do and what not to do.
