The Bible tells us to. Malachi 3:10 - Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. And thereby put Me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.

It's a spiritual discipline.

God's blessings always follow our obedience, not the other way around.

Tithing is not God's way of raising money. It's His way of growing Christians. It's more about love and trust than it is about money.   Every time you get paid, you give 10% to the local church where you are an active participant.
