Funeral Video & Audio Policies

Videos:
Videos should be delivered on a thumb drive or sent via online file distribution such as Dropbox, at the earliest convenience. If the service is held during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm), the file should be received by video tech a minimum of 1 hour prior to the visitation or service beginning. If the visitation or service is held on a weekend, holiday or outside of regular business hours, the file should be received by video tech a minimum of 1 hour before the office closes on the closest business day prior to the service.

Recommended video format is .mp4 with a H.264 codec and a resolution of 1920x1080p. Anything outside of this may not work or result in a negative playback experience. An alternate method of delivery is an authorized dvd set to play automatically and loop. If you aren't sure what any of this means, please ask. Church office - 704-753-1084 or .

Music:
Any music should be delivered at the same time as the video file on Spotify song list or thumb drive in either mp3 or wav file format a minimum of 1 hour before visitation or service. You can provide the Spotify Song list via a link to the serving pastor or the Audio Director - .
If a CD is the only option available, the only files on the disc should be for the service and should be onb the disc in the order they will be played.
Music should be appropriate to a worship service. ALL musical arrangements (pianist, soloist, etc.) must be arranged for and taken care of by the family. If possible, we will make every effort to help you, but please remember that time and date may affect the availability of our musicians.

Equipment:
The pulpit mic will be the only microphone made available, unless there is a specific need expressed by the Minister of Pastoral Care and approved by Audio Director.
