Prospering in the Prison

Genesis 39:20–23

What do you do when doing the right thing costs you everything? Joseph chose integrity and ended up behind bars. Betrayed by his brothers, falsely accused by his master’s wife, and now chained in Pharaoh’s prison—yet Scripture says “the Lord was with Joseph.”

In this message, see how Joseph prospered even in prison. His story shows us that the presence of God is not limited by walls, bars, or unfair circumstances. When life feels confining, when you feel trapped by hardship, injustice, or waiting—God is still working.

Discover how to:
* Rest in God’s presence when the prison feels lonely.
* Trust in God’s providence when life makes no sense.
* Look in faith to God’s purpose when your suffering feels wasted.

Joseph’s prison was his training ground for the palace. The same God who was with him in Potiphar’s house was with him in the cell. In Christ, you too can say: “Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.”

If you feel stuck today, watch this message and be reminded: your prison may be the very place where God does His deepest work in you and through you.
